These terms cover your use of TLC Thrive (tlcthrive.com), run by TLC Management, of Marion, Indiana (“TLC”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy page says how we handle your information.
What TLC Thrive is
TLC Thrive is where TLC learns how residents, staff and families experience each community TLC serves, and where TLC’s people find what they need for their work. Members of the public may sign in with Google to use a few things made for them, such as the Leadership Fingerprint.
Who may use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- TLC team members sign in with their TLC Microsoft account and also follow TLC’s own workplace policies.
- Everyone else signs in with their own Google account. Use only your own account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us at nathan.metz@tlcmgmt.com if you think someone else has used it. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, or to keep the site safe.
Using the site well
Please don’t:
- Try to see anything that isn’t meant for you, or get around a sign-in or a limit.
- Share anything you learn here about a resident, family member or staff member.
- Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that belongs to someone else.
- Overload, copy in bulk, or interfere with the site.
What you share
What you write, say or upload stays yours. You let TLC use it to run the site and to improve life for residents and TLC’s people, as our Privacy page describes. A story is used in TLC’s marketing only if you agreed to that when you shared it.
TLC’s content
The site, its words, pictures, the TLC name and logo belong to TLC or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them only to use the site.
Not advice
Scores, results and the Leadership Fingerprint help people reflect and learn. They are not medical, legal, financial or hiring advice.
No promises
We work to keep TLC Thrive running and correct, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, TLC is not liable for indirect or follow-on losses from using the site.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top; using the site after that means you accept them.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
